Delete your dailypedia account and data

You can request deletion from the dailypedia app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can request it by email. We handle deletion requests without undue delay and normally within one month.
Delete in the app
The fastest way is in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account.
What happens to your data
When we complete your request, we delete your account and the personal data associated with it from our active systems. We may retain non-identifying aggregate statistics, such as the total number of accounts or recommendations. Backups and security logs expire under our retention schedule.
Request by email
If you no longer have access to the app, email support@tekay.dev from the address linked to your account. Use the subject “Delete my dailypedia account”. If you write from a different address, we may ask you to verify that the account is yours.
